Quantity Surveyor

A market leading house builder is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.

They pride themselves on creating high quality, award-winning homes across the Midlands.

Your new role You will be working Monday to Friday in their head office overseeing various housing schemes.

The sites are based in the midlands, 50 mile radius from Leicester.

All sites have been procured, the main responsibilities shall be looking after accounts and processing payments. Although the role is office based, site visits are required weekly/fortnightly. What you'll need to succeed You must be an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked on Housing Schemes/New build homes projects in the past.
