We are currently partnered with a multi award winning specialist property solutions contractor, who are expanding their team, seeking an Quantity Surveyor.

- Base salary of �45K-�55K
- Motoring expenditure allowance of �3K
- 24 days annual leave + bank holidays & your birthday off
- Pay review every January

- Work alongside operations to be responsible for line management of the assistant QS
- Ensure accurate reporting and maintain a focus on building strong relationships
- Further commercial negotiations and achieve budgeted targets
- Maximise cash flow and implement appropriate procedures
- Monitor and analyse data with costs and revenue and identify possible disputes
- Experience in social housing planned works
- Data interrogation skills
- A drive and passion for the role
- QS degree recently qualified or equivalent training
- Experience of Management Accounts
- Commercial contractor exposure
