We are looking for a quantity surveyor to join 2 projects based in Dagenham. This client is a privately owned company, looking for 2 quantity surveyors that want to develop their career. With a turnover of �1billion, they have great work stability and progression.

The first project is a residential project of 935 units based in Dagenham, so residential background is a must! Secondly, they are building an energy centre, this will include the drainage, roads, infrastructure and will be a total of 3500 units.

Responsibilities for QS

• Reporting into seniors
• Usual QS responsibilities
• A positive and determined attitude

Requirements for QS

• 5 days on site
• Someone who has stepped up from assistant in the last year or someone who is 1 or 2 years from senior level
• Wants to progress
• Residential background
• Worked on re-measure jobs is a bonus!
