Senior/Quantity Surveyor - Bristol
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior/Quantity Surveyor for a family-owned subcontractor based in Bristol.
Job role: Senior/Quantity Surveyor
Salary: �60,000 - �75,000 (DOE) + package
Duration: Permanent
Location: Bristol & South West
Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc
- Undertake cost analysis
- Arrange payments and value completed works
- Site visits
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role
- Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness
- Experience with NEC3 contracts
