Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative and award-winning company that supports the development of staff within their organisation and promotes a diverse and supportive environment.� My client, a national contractor with a turnover more than �200 million, is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in their offices in Somerset.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in commercially managing a diverse scope of multiple smaller value but high-volume projects simultaneously. �

As a Quantity Surveyor you will:

• Maintain accurate records, control and reconcile costs and value, report variances against agreed performance, compliance and finance targets.


• Take control of change management.


• Be involved in a review of current procedures and processes and assist in the implementation of new and revised processes where required.

Our client requires a Quantity Surveyor with:

• Previous experience of working for a Civil Engineering contractor


• Strong commercial awareness and acumen.


• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.

Salary/Benefits:

• �45,000 - �55,000 pa


• Company car/car allowance


• Company pension, paid holiday entitlement etc.
