GVR Solutions are representing one of their longest clients who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Essex.

The�client undertake projects within the take projects within the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sector.

The Quantity Surveyor Key Responsibilities:

• Cost control, planning and forecasting


• Managing all client variations


• Valuations and Applications for payment


• Feasibility studies


• Cost benefit analysis


• Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.)


• Risk analysis evaluations


• Dispute resolution and cost justification


• Assist in monitoring the stages of a project to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts
