Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious, forward-thinking Cost Consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a strong healthcare background to join as a Director and become a leader within the London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will come in at Director level and be responsible for leading the current healthcare, cost management team.

As well as managing a team, the new Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for winning bids, new work, and helping to deliver large scale healthcare projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Previous experience as an Associate Quantity Surveyor, or QS Director
• MRICS or similar
• Healthcare project experience
• Track record of delivering healthcare projects upwards of �10m
• Excellent pre and post cost management experience
• Comfortable managing teams and clients
