Quantity SurveyorExeter / Mid DevonPermanent c.£45k plus £5k car allowanceAn opportunity has been created for a QS to join one of the South West’s leading names within Civil Engineering & Groundworks. As a company they currently support several Tier 1 contractors with their Major Build projects away from Residential Developments. They are known for their expertise and credit their success to having a solid reputation within the industry.Their Commercial team are thinking about their succession and are looking to mentor and progress the right person to eventually take over and run the division.The Job:You will be mentored and supported by the Commercial Director running the day to day commercial operations of your own schemes, which can range in contract values of c.£12M.Duties will include procurement, measurement, valuations and payments alongside general commercial administration ensuring company procedures are complied with at all times.
