This established construction consultancy firm is looking for an organised Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team near Berkshire. You will have the opportunity to work on and manage a wide range of different projects, and so organisational and time management skills are essential qualities the successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have.

Responsibilities of the Successful Quantity Surveyor:

  • Delivery of projects.
  • Pre and Post contract services.
  • Manage project coordination and project reporting.
  • Attend site inspections and site meetings.
  • Attend and minute project meetings.
  • Administer Contracts.
  • Procure services and works on behalf of our Clients and projects.
  • Support to junior member of the team and senior staff.


Requirements of the Successful Quantity Surveyor:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Relevant experience in a similar consultancy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
