About the Role:

As MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a �60M total build value; �20M MEP value new build mental health hospital in Bexhill.

Your day to day will include:

• Working alongside the project delivery team, you will ensure the contractual control and cost management of the project
• Having exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
• You will manage the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement and be involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.

About You:

• Ideally you will have experience from a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and change management processes.
• You'll be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
