Quantity Surveyor

Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a multi-billion turnover property and development business with projects all across popular locations in London. This is an exciting new role due to additional workload with new projects secured and started on site.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor

As Quantity Surveyor be to work within commercial team on being site based on an existing multi-phased residential scheme. Initially working on one of the phases across 3 blocks consisting of later living, private and affordable homes. The project is live on site at the moment, just coming out the grown with 2 years left to complete. The role will be working on site with a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be responsible for but not limited to; managing packages from procurement through to final accounting Working with the team to ensure subcontractors are managed on site, , review drawings, work collaboratively with the internal team and clients.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor

  • Working from PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts
  • Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts
  • Pricing, and managing change and variations.
  • site meetings

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor
  • 5 Years experience within Construction Quantity Surveying position with a Developer or Main Contractor
  • Good Communication skills
  • Quantity Surveyor degree or working towards
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
