Quantity Surveyor

Job description - Quantity Surveyor We are looking for a commercially astute and client facing Quantity Surveyor / Project lead, ideally with a background of delivering quantity surveying and costing support for their commercial, EV or residential projects. This means you may have fulfilled any number of roles previously surveyor, cost engineer, project manager, project planner, estimator before finding yourself in a client facing commercial role.
This role will range from typical Tier 1 and 2 Project Quantity Surveying duties; which includes heavy integration with their in-house planning and project control services, process and procedure creation in-house and externally, to a key leadership role in the growth of their service offerings.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead client engagements, with authority and confidence. As part of the daily commitment to the project or client, you should be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in every engagement, being able to communicate in a clear and concise manner, while building a strong narrative. A keenness to obtain chartership would be advantageous and supported by the company.
