Job Title – Quantity Surveyor

Morson are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to become part of one of the leading infrastructure solutions firms, entrusted with delivering a segment of Thames Water AMP7 framework. Collaborating with water and wastewater enterprises, this company devises solutions aimed at enhancing water quality, affordability, and resilience. Skills and experience:
• Possess understanding or experience with business systems, spreadsheet development, cost analysis, program evaluation and development, and assessment and evaluation of compensation events and/or variations.

• Have experience or understanding of the risk management process for both schedule and cost, including the use of Earned Value Management.
• Have experience or understanding of company policies, procedures, and controls, operating office management systems including filing systems and document control and distribution and assist in drafting contractual correspondence on behalf of the project and project manager.
