Perfect role for an assistant QS ready to take the next step in your career, or a fully-fledged Quantity Surveyor ready to develop and progress. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding firm as they scale up, with heavy involvement in deciding the company's commercial strategy.
This small, growing main contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team as they become more commercially focused. Long term, you'll benefit from limitless progression, training and development within a growing company.
Your role as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
* General Quantity Surveying duties
* JCT and JCT D&B contracts
* Client liaison
* Involvement in work winning
The successful Quantity Surveyor will need:
* Experience as an assistant QS or Quantity Surveyor
* Experience in residential and commercial refurbishments and fit-outs is ideal
* Project Management experience is ideal
* Commutable to Chiswick, West London
* Full UK working rights required
