They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on �30m scheme in Cheshire. The project involves the redevelopment of a prestigious estate for one of the highest net worth individuals in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost control and value management strategies.
• Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements.
• Oversee the commercial aspects of projects.
• Manage cash flow.
• Manage subcontractor payments.
• Provide guidance on contractual issues.
• Variation Account and forecast final accounts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential construction projects.
