The Quantity Surveyor position is for an established Birmingham based consultancy practice who work on projects in all sectors of the built environment.�

The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Valuations


• Cost reports


• Final accounts


• Client management


• Instructions


• Variations


• Contract administration

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor the role are:

• Minimum of 3�years experience.


• Experience in all sectors of the built environemnt.


• Autonomously running projects.


• Consultancy experience.
