Due to our continuous growth and expanding projects across the South West, we are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bristol.Responsibilities:Assist in the management of commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for upcoming projects.Conduct regular cost analysis and risk assessments to identify potential issues and opportunities for cost savings.Collaborate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve any commercial disputes.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain positive relationships and ensure project requirements are met.Manage your own diary and work with flexibility to accommodate project needs and deadlines.Requirements:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of highways, roads, 278 schemes, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency in relevant software such as Excel, cost estimating software, and project management tools.Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.Benefits:Competitive salary ranging between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Opportunity for progression to Senior Quantity Surveyor within a dynamic and growing company.Flexible working arrangements, allowing you to manage your own diary and achieve a healthy work-life balance.A supportive and collaborative work culture that values every team member's contributions.Opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across the South West region.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects, please submit your CV and cover letter
