Quantity Surveyor

PSR Solutions are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor, working for a Civils Contractor in the Hertfordshire area. This will be working on large civils infrastructure projects, delivering the groundwork's and earthworks packages.

Responsibilities:

• Closely working with Commercial Director and Commercial team to price and tender for new contracts.
• Full responsibility of administration for contacts
• Agreeing monthly payment valuations
• Overseeing and monitoring any change.
• Cost control.
• Cost reporting.
• Attending client and project progress meetings.
• Agreeing the final accounts.

Requirements for the role:

• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related qualification.
• 5-10 years worth of experience working on civil engineering projects. Specifically to do with ground works and earthworks.
• Must have sector experience in Power, Water, Rail, Gas or Highways.
• Well organised and be self motivated.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.
