Quantity Surveyor

PCR are looking for an experienced QS in Bromley area on a temp�freelance basis. Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

Job Duties:

• Valuing variations


• Pricing Dayworks


• Working along site another QS


• Preparing Interim Valuations with Senior Surveyor and agreeing amounts for payment. This involves valuing work executed and materials on site

Responsibilities:

• BSc Quantity Surveying, or equivalent


• Complimentary relevant industry work experience


• Good analytical & problem-solving skills


• A methodical approach


• Excellent numeracy skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
