Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required in Bishops Stortford
GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and reputable main contractor, based in Bishops Stortford. As the main contractor they provide; New build, Fit out, Design and Build, Civil Engineering and Facilities management services to the Aviation and Commercial sectors.
The majority of their projects are based in Live environments so the ideal candidate will have experience working on projects in an active environment.
The Quantity Surveyor must have/be:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or construction related courses
* Minimum of 5 years Quantity Surveying experience
* Experience working for a main contractor
* Managed complete life cycle of projects including closing out of final accounts
* Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decision and reporting
* Self-sufficient
* Proven track record of delivering construction projects
* Excellent communication and oral skills
* Stable employment history
* High-performing individual
* Versatile
* Excellent time keeping skills
