Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a specialist contractor in Chichester who are delivering a number of specialist one off, high end residential building schemes across the South Coast.

They have been established for over 10 years and have an excellent reputation for delivery, openness, quality of finish and in on time delivery.

They work directly with high net worth clients and architects to assist with initial cost plans, programmes, design and product specification and will then work through the precon process to establish a firm price, programme and spec and de-risk the scheme before it lands on site.They have a range of tried and trusted subcontractors and suppliers they work with who understand the quality required.

Your role is to assist at the preconstruction phases with the Directors before procuring the package sand taking to site to work with site delivery team to deliver the projects. Standard duties include procurement, payments, valuations, variations, forecasting, cvr reporting and most schemes are set up on a JCT form of contract.
