Quantity Surveyor

A long established specialist�contractor is looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in expanding the business from �5m to �10m plus.

They work in dry-lining, plastering, rendering and screeding for many key clients in the residential care-home, private development and commercial sector with contracts throughout the midlands, south and south east areas.

A family business they are passionate about delivery and customer service and seek someone who shares their values and is driven by success and repeat business. Ideal home locations are Milton Keynes, Bedford, St Neots, Rushden.

You should have 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or be an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for promotion and have experience�in dry lining either with a specialist contractor or managing packages for a main contractor.

The Company is offering a high basic salary plus a generous incentive scheme based on individual and Company growth and performance, and a car allowance.
