Quantity Surveyor

I am currently assisting a bespoke Main-Contractor�with their search for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a �9m mixed-use scheme on a temp-perm basis.�

Responsibilities

• Working closely with a Senior QS on a project based in West London where you will be part of a collaborative Commercial team.


• Involved with variations, valuations, CVR's, procurement�and liasing closely with the client.

Requirements

• Experience working with a UK Main Contractor.


• Experience dealing with claims�


• Ideally New Build/Commercial experience


• Degree qualified
