Job Overview: 



Reds10 is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our innovative team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of project cost control, from estimating and tendering to contract administration and financial reporting. You will ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders. 



Role and Responsibilities: 





  • Cost Management: As a Quantity Surveyor at Reds10 you will manage all aspects of project cost control from inception to completion, ensuring financial efficiency. 







  • Estimating and Tendering: You will also prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, conduct feasibility studies, and manage the tendering process. 







  • Contract Administration: At your role as Quantity Surveyor you will administer contracts, including the preparation and evaluation of subcontractor packages, and manage variations and claims. 







  • Financial Reporting: You will Produce regular financial reports, forecasts, and budget updates to keep the project team and clients informed. 







  • Risk Management: Another responsibility of a Quantity Surveyor at Reds10 is identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success. 







  • Client Liaison: Lastly you will also maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing expert advice and ensuring client satisfaction. 





Qualifications: 





  • CSCS 







  • Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying  







  • Member of or working towards RICS
