The client has had continual growth with many upcoming tenders and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business.Duties:Optimising contract profitability Provide quotations to clients for variationsComprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks Accurate monthly cost and value reportsAll other daily tasks performed by a Quantity SurveyorRequirements:Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworksTime management skills and meeting deadlinesExperience in value engineeringProficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Remuneration:Up to 70,000 p.a Car allowancePaid HolidaysPension Scheme
