Are you a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in the construction sector?

The ideal candidate is an estimator with experience in the construction sector. Roofing and cladding experience is desirable, but not essential. IT literacy and the ability to interpret CAD drawings for take-offs are must haves.

The role:

• Prepare estimates for projects


• Conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses


• Monitor progress of projects, submitting progress reports and providing advice


• Collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers

The person:

• Proven experience as a QS or Estimator in construction


• Software proficient


• Both technical and contractual construction knowledge


• Effective verbal and written communication
