The client with an annual turnover of 50m is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.Duties:
- Optimising contract profitability
- Provide quotations to clients for variations
- Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
- Accurate monthly cost and value reports
- All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity SurveyorRequirements:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
- Time management skills and meeting deadlines
- Experience in value engineering
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.G. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Remuneration:
- Up to 70,000 p.A
- Car allowance / Company Car
