Quantity Surveyor

Albion Search are currently working with a national main contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team, based out of their Leeds office. This business works on projects nationwide, within the region of �500k - �15m in project value. Typical schemes involve new commercial builds, refurbishments and office to residential developments.

You would be supported by the full team of directors, but reporting directly into a Commercial Manager with strong scope to progress throughout the business.

Ultimately you would be responsible for 2 - 3 schemes, depending on value with occasional site visits being imperative.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Main Contract final account settlement


• Cost forecasting


• Legal & Contractual compliance


• Negotiation of main & subcontractor costs


• Subcontract variation and change management


• Subcontract final account settlement


• Holding pre-let meetings


• CVR reporting

The ideal candidate would have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications, along with main contracting experience across commercial build/refurb/fit out.
