Quantity Surveyor

My client are one the UK's leading construction contractors delivering high-quality fit-out, new build, refurbishment, and facilities management projects across the country.

Sectors they work in include retail, commercial, industrial, leisure, education, and healthcare.

They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business and work on a range of facilities management and small works projects, valued at up to �2m.

As the Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve:

• Cost control and value management strategies.
• Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
• Help to oversee the commercial aspects of projects
• Manage cash flow.
• Manage subcontractor payments.
• Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
