Quantity Surveyor

My client are a well-established property development and construction group delivering a range of design and build projects across the commercial, healthcare, industrial, leisure, education, and property sectors, with values of up to �5m.

They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, based in Shropshire.

As the Quantity Surveyor, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Prepare CVR reports and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins.
• Manage costs effectively.
• Measure, price, and evaluate tenders.
• Administer and manage sub-contractor accounts.
• Supervise other surveyors on commercial matters.
• Produce and submit applications for payment.
