Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks - Hartlepool - �55k-�60k + Package

We are recruiting for an industry leading Sub- Contractor specilaising in the Civils work for private housing and housing development clients.

They currently have a strong pipeline of existing projects and a future pipeline worth �50M, with the goal of diversifying their offering into highways/roads (S38/S278 works specifically)

Someone with good JCT Contract knowledge, Cost valuations and forecasting experience is essential.�
