Salary: �35,000 - �45,000 depending on experience

Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor in Rotherham.

Job Description:

To manage the costs relating to building and engineering projects, including new builds, renovations and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measurement of painting works to be used for tendering purposes, variation agreement and final account negotiation


• Cost and valuation reporting


• Monitoring progress on site


• To attend in house and client meetings

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years Estimating/Quantity Surveying experience


• Previous construction experience


• Sub-contractor experience preferable


• Must be flexible in hours of work


• Full UK driving licence
