My client is a leading construction company specializing in high-quality projects across the M25.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with bills of quantities
- Liasie with commercial manager
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Dealing with valuations & variations
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
About you
- Prior experience�working for a�Drylining sub-contractor.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
