Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor:

Will be involved in full scope of project Preconstruction into Completion - Jobs ranging from �350k - �10 million. Work is heavily leant towards fit outs of commercial buildings and full construction.

Experience wanted:

8+ Years as A Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Background preferred.

Pre-Construction:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
• Support in tender documentation and contractor selection.

Construction Phase:

• Monitor and report on project costs, tracking against the budget.
• Assist with processing payments to contractors and suppliers.

Post-Construction:

• Help in preparing final accounts, reconciling costs against the budget.
• Contribute to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentation

This is a Permanent Position paying between �50,000 - �60,000 All inclusive (No package Included)
