Quantity Surveyor

Requirement for a quantity surveyor to take on a project near Yeovil the project is a 12million pound build and refurbishment with an anticipated time line of 3 years. The house has elements of new build and bespoke build.

The quantity surveyor will be responsible for the project and all elements from start date to finish. Working in a similar environment and scale of projects is essential. There will be reliability working on offer but the first few months you will be expected on the project.
