Quantity Surveyor

I am currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a professional, family feel contractor. They operate across Cladding & Redmiation, Commercial, Education & Residential. They currently turnover �18m and have ambitions over the next few years to reach �25m.�My client have two offices where you will be working - London and Brighton.�

Main purpose of the role is to manage the commercial resources (people and finance) of the assigned project to maximise planned gross margin through the placement and control of contracts and subcontracts. To assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement�policies for risk management.

To support the authorisation and submission of project variations. To authorise the placement of contracts, subcontracts, material and plant orders.� To maximise cash flow through the control, measurement (including quality) and valuation of work, and the invoicing of customers and payment of suppliers.
