Quantity Surveyor

We're hiring on behalf of a high-end developer for an AQS/QS to join a major 4500-unit scheme in Milton Keynes. The project, spanning 20 years, is kicking off with 200 traditional houses and 2 apartment blocks in the first phase. You'll primarily focus on housing (70%) with some infrastructure (30%).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage costs for housing and infrastructure elements.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans, and tender documents.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor contracts.
• Track costs against budgets and report on variances.
• Assist with valuations, site measurements, and contract compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in residential or large-scale developments.
• Strong cost management and contract administration skills.
• Ability to handle both infrastructure and housing sectors.
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualifications (degree or equivalent).
• MRICS or working towards (desirable but not essential).
