The Quantity Surveyor Role

The Owner of this progressive practice is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running, confidently managing projects with independence and expertise.

Backed by a supportive and highly experienced senior team, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a diverse range of projects, primarily within the education and healthcare sectors, with values between �1m - �10m.

This role is tailor-made for a Quantity Surveyor seeking rapid career growth, stepping towards senior responsibilities, or a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for greater autonomy and a clear pathway for progression.

The Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS accredited degree
• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
• Pre and post contract experience
• Able to run a project independently
