Title: Quantity Surveyor

Contract: Permanent

Location: Brighton and Sussex

Salary: up to �70k+

The role:

An opportunity to join a regional main contracting business working on a variety of projects from Newbuild to fitout and Exstension projects valuing from �100k up to �30m+

What's expected from you:

• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor
• Preconstruction surveying experience
• Good understanding of budget management
• Meausrement and quoute experience, happy to be on site
• Negotiating and networking skills
• Collating and issuing tender packs for sub-contractor work packages
• Negotiation and analysis of Sub contractor tender returns
• Completion of Subcontract orders and variations
• Subcontract payments, variations, and final accounts
• Completing Monthly CVRs and cost reporting
