This is a privately owned Development Group specialising�in large accommodation schemes throughout the UK. Projects range from �20M to �60M within the student accommodation and BTR sectors.

Role:�

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to join the construction team, you will have solid project experience with a main building contracting environment and will work closely with the Senior Management Team ensuring commercial success of projects.

Ideally you will have experience of Student Accommodation projects.

Current scheme:

• Circa 200Nr Purpose Built Student Accommodation Units�in Oxford


• Contract Value Circa �20m


• Programme assumed to be 2 years starting Jan 2025


• 5 Storey Steel Frame Construction with Brick Slip Fa�ade

This is a permanent role for a Quantity Surveyor looking to expand their career with continued project pipeline in the Midlands and South East after completion.

You should be Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and ideally be RICS qualified.

This is a permanent role with excellent career progression. Salary is�to �75,000pa + car allowance + excellent package.
