£45,000- £55,000 plus Car Allowance

The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join an organisation based in Nottingham on a permanent basis.

This is a predominantly home based role, with travel across the UK to clients and occasional site visits to Nottingham.

Scope of the role:

• Provide contractual advice to the business and operational delivery teams
• Prepare and submit payment applications and assess sub-contractor applications
• Administration of the commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects and contracts
• Proactively identifying risks and manage variations to contracted scope

Essential Criteria

• At least 3 years’ working experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience of the JCT and NEC 3 & 4 standard suite of Contracts
