Quantity Surveyor

CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Basildon, Essex

- Full time office based role

- Managing cost planning, cost control, BOQ preparation, and cost reporting related to construciton projects.

What you need

- Strong skills in Cost control and management

- Wide range of construction contracts

- Experience with BOQ preparation and cost planning

- Proficiency in cost reporting

- Analytical and numerical skills 

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Able to work independantly and manage multiple projects

- Degree in quantity surveying, construction management or related field

- Experience in the data centre or constrction industry is advantageous
