The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor's Role

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with three experienced Quantity Surveying Partners, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of sectors, including:

• Residential (low, medium & high rise)
• Education
• Blue Light
• Facilities, Retrofit and Refurbishments
• Public & private sector
• Commercial
• Regeneration & Mixed-Use

With a strong reputation for delivering high-profile schemes, this consultancy offers the perfect platform to develop your expertise in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Employer's Agent roles-ideal for an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking to broaden their skill set.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
• Started your APC diary
• JCT or NEC contract experience would be a plus
• Basic pre and post contract experience
• Cost Consultancy / PQS work experience
• Professional, proactive, eager to be part of a consultancy long term
