What You'll Do
·Oversee cost control and contract management across projects.
·Prepare budgets, plans, estimates, and valuations.
·Conduct risk assessments and advise on cost-saving measures.
·Work with NEC contracts to manage subcontractor payments and agreements.
·Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.
What We're Looking For
·Experienced QS with a background in heavy civil projects.
·Strong numeracy, IT, and negotiation skills.
·Knowledge of NEC contracts is essential.
·A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
·Must be eligible to work in the UK.
