We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based in Bristol. The business operates across several sectors with a portfolio of projects which includes defence, education, healthcare and commercial valuing typically from �10mil - �70mil. They have several offices across the country and have been present in the South West for a number of years, but are now looking to expand the team.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working alongside a Senior Surveyor on one of the upcoming schemes in the area, with shared package responsibilities. You will be reporting into the Area Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:

• Work alongside the pre-construction team through 2nd stage tenders
• Manage sub-contract procurement
• Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
• Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
• Deal with final accounts

Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role:

• Must hold a HNC / Construction related degree
• Have experience working on projects administered via JCT and NEC forms of contract
• Must have the full right to work in the UK
• Must be happy to commute to Bristol and sites as required
