Quantity Surveyor - Tadcaster

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic project team in Tadcaster. Initially, the role will focus on Compensation Events to support current project needs, before transitioning into a broader QS role. The successful candidate will work within an established team, reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor (MQS). You should have experience working within a utilities environment.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in NEC3/4 contracts
  
• Proven ability to manage Compensation Events and contract administration
  
• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to transition into a general Quantity Surveyor role as project needs evolve
