Quantity Surveyor

A banger of a freelance Quantity Surveyor position on the outskirts of Nottingham!
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Industrial & Logistics project experience?
Have you commercially managed multiple units being worked on at the same time?
Do you have experience of managing fast track internal / external fit out works?

Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities:

• Processing subcontractor orders
• Managing variations and payments
• Sitting in weekly Progress Meetings with client
• Reporting upline
• Final accounts

Quantity Surveyor experience required:

• Minimum 5 years post qualified Quantity Surveyor experience
• End to end commercial management experience
• BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying or similar
• Excellent reporting skills
• Strong written / spoken communication skills
