Quantity Surveyor

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work for an established civil engineering and infrastructure business.

Typical projects will involve constructing new roads for local authorities and national highways so experience working on S278 schemes with values ranging from �1 to �10m is preferred.

Overview responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor.

• Managing financials of all self-delivered work
• Compensation events
• Pricing additional works
• CVR's
• Application for payments
• Working with multiple specialist sub-contractors
• Beneficial to have some estimating and pricing on first principles
• Reviewing programmes and creating cost forecasts
• Picking up any variations on the project

Quantity Surveyor package:

• �(phone number removed) - �75,000 per annum (depending on level of experience)
• Monthly car allowance
• Pension Scheme
