Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Northfleet, Kent (with travel to sites)

Salary: �50,000 - �60,000 (depending on experience)

Car allowance and additional benefits included

Our client, a leader in the commercial and retail construction industry, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client valuations, cash flow forecasts, and monitoring


• Oversee accurate valuation, forecasting, and site preliminaries


• Ensure timely procurement of subcontractors and administration of contracts


• Handle subcontractor final accounts and ensure compliance with the Construction Act


• Provide timely and accurate documentation and reports


• Address any commercial threats and keep the Managing Surveyor informed

Requirements:

• Surveying Degree or equivalent qualification/experience


• Experience working with a Main Contractor


• Design and build experience


• Strong communication and commercial management skills


• Experience in commercial and retail construction (beneficial)
