Quantity Surveyor

Fawkes & Reece South are working with a growing contractor that works on civil engineering and infrastructure projects on behalf of private clients throughout the Southwest of England. Their projects are worth between �5m to �15m based on both JCT & NEC contracts.

They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a busy team to work with a Senior Quantity Surveyor on various commercial duties that will include:

• Prepared cost estimates and assessed financial implications of design revisions
• Managed subcontractor relationships, including procurement, rate agreements, and invoice verification
• Conducting site visits to evaluate and validate monthly valuations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements
• Generated detailed cost value reconciliation (CVR) reports to support financial decision-making

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

Degree-qualified or equivalent in a civil engineering subject

Experience working on any civil engineering or infrastructure related projects

Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
